AJSC has a board of directors, composed of well-known media workers from reputable media outlets, based in Kabul with eight representatives stationed in 8 security zones across Afghanistan and is covering the whole country.
In addition to providing support to Afghan media workers in emergency cases, we provide safety, risk management and first aid training to Afghan media workers by providing tools for working in a warzone and potential kidnapping situations, and also understanding their legal rights as a journalist within the Afghan constitution..
