Detailed description is I'm certified with over 15,000 repairs under my belt, same day service and repairs in most cases.
My work is always guaranteed, has at least a 90 day warranty, and for way less than competitors.

With our economic crisis the way it is today, its hard to continue to spend thousands replacing refrigerators, washers, central air units - etc...that along with how many new or really old appliances out there in the world today that need repair, there is plenty of work to suffice a good living, and with very little over head as a "not for hire" company, there is simply no need to charge a lot of money for simple 20-30 min repairs.
Why call Sears and wait two weeks for them to arrive between 9 and 2, pay a hefty repair cost or simply have the service tech walk in and immediately blurt out that the machine is not fixable or not worth repairing; charge you for coming out and leave? We set an appointment from within the same day to maybe a day or two wait vs Sears at 2 weeks, set an exact time, charge money ONLY if the machine / appliance is repairable and do it for a fraction of the cost! DO NOT go buy new, I say that because everyone just wants cold food / clean clothes and not stuck repairing broken stuff every year or two.
New appliances are junk "to be blunt" although they may be pretty, stainless steal and have fancy led lights, wifi enabled blah blah blah and so on, they will also be broken ALL THE TIME.
I work on new stuff WAY more than anything old, if its 10 plus years old and FINALLY breaks, call me.

Since its old, most people think; well it finally stopped working, then go out and spend a few thousand buying something new that they then turn around and call for repairs on constantly because they just bought it and don't want to just throw it out.
The old machine that finally broke was probably a VERY simply repair that would keep it working another 10 years lol.
and if you think; well its so old, its most likely not repairable due to not being able to get parts etc, IF I COME LOOK AT IT AND CANNOT REPAIR IT, other than customers declining a repair, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE - 100 PERCENT FREE.
I have repaired things from the 50's with good used parts from antique dealers out of state, old electronic control boards can be rebuilt and every repair has at least a 90 warranty on the entire job.
If a warranted claim were to happen, and a used part that I can't get again fails or something, there is a refund.
Simply put, I DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE PERIOD and stand by my work 100 percent.
