Detailed description is Welcome to Adam Springs Trophy Hunting Club, 4,500 acres of excellent hunting property located in Rhine, GA.
CLUB RULES .
*Membership period is from June 1st to May 31..
*Any member who doesn’t submit dues by April 1st will be replaced..
*Anyone eighteen and over is required to have their own membership Keys will be issued on June 1 of each season.

*Keep gates locked going in and out.
Don’t drive around gates due to spikes..
*Any guest in off-season pays $20/day for expenses.
Give guest fees to John Andersen..
*A guest is someone who is not a spouse or a member’s child under 18 years old..
*All guest fees are to be paid within 7 days of use or guest privileges will be revoked..
*No guest during deer season.
(Sept 8 – January 15).
*No guest for 1st two weekends of turkey season.
(March 24 – April 7th).
+Sign in and out when at the lodge..
BulletNo smoking in the lodge or on front porch..
*Campers are welcome, pay Dana $9.00 a day for power..
*tNO dogs in the lodge period, regardless of size..
*If you bring your dogs make sure they do not get into trash, if they do its your responsibility to clean up after them..
*No shooting someone else’s deer, only the ones for your membership..
*No stand can be placed within 200 yards of a personal food plot..
*All stands across the dirt road from lodge are club stands..
*Ask permission to sit in other hunters stand..
*Use stand sign out board in lodge so everyone knows where you are..
*Spring Road stand is a 1/2 day stand with kids having first choice..
*No firearms 30 days before black powder except on gun range..
*No loaded guns in or around lodge except on gun range..
*No spouses from Nov 1 thru Nov 20 .

After you have attempted to work it out with the other party and feel you are unable to do so, then call a board member.

GAME MANAGEMENT RULES .
*2 Bucks and 2 Does per membership with No Limit on Hogs..
*8 Points Outside the ears rule except if your going to mount it.
No basket racks..
*NO shooting someone else’s deer, only the ones for your membership..
*Children under 16 their first deer ever may be non-trophy deer..
*Button bucks will have a $100 fine, if you try to hide one you will not be allowed back..
*Anybody who knows or participates in hiding a small deer that gets hidden without coming forward will also be asked to leave..
Button bucks count against doe tags..
Small Non trophy bucks also carry a $300 fine for 1st one, $500 for the second one, 3rd one you will be gone and these fined deer will count against your buck tags..
*Any cul buck not 4 1/2 years old or not less than 175 lbs will carry the same fines..
Bullet Scouting should be done before deer season.
(January 15th - September 10th).
*No moving stand during deer season except climbing.
Stands should be moved between 11:30 – 1:30 if you have to move one..
*You must be in your stand before sunrise and in evening stay in stand until sunset..
*No joy riding in deer season.
(Sept 8 – January 15th).
*No stand can be placed within 200 yards of a personal food plot..
*No driving on food plots..
*No baiting on food plots, baiting only allowed in wood lines surrounding food plots.
No reason for hogs to tear up food plots..
*If your going to bait, bring bait with you in the morning and bait between the hours of 11:30 to 2:00 after your morning hunt..
*Record all game taken on the Game Sign-Out board..
*After recording game take a picture with cell phone and email or text to Chuck Whitney to put on the website.

LODGE / HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS .
*Sign in and out when you visit the club..
*Use sign out board in lodge so everyone knows where you are..
*NO dogs in the lodge period, regardless of size..
*If dogs get into trash, it is your responsibility to clean up after them..
*Keep A/C turned up and heat turned down when out hunting..
*Keep Lights and TV off when leaving lodge..
*Take boots off on wooded porch to keep dirt out of lodge screened in area..
*There is a blower in the porch area to keep the dirt blown out..
*No parking on the rocks in front of lodge..
*No loaded guns in or around lodge except on gun range..
*No corn storage at the lodge or front porch area due to mice..
*Keep animal cleaning area clean at all times..
*Clean the grill after use so it’s clean for the next person.

*Please bring your own garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels..
*Don’t put garbage in the fire that won’t burn..
*Don’t leave kitchen dirty at any time and put all the dishes away..
*Stuff left at lodge needs to be marked with name.
Stuff with no name will be discarded..

DEPARTING CHECKLIST.
*Make sure all game was recorded on game check board.

*When finished in shower close the shower curtain to prevent mold and mildew..
*Empty your stuff out of the refrigerator that will spoil when you leave..
*Clean your room and bathroom..
*Vacuum your bedroom and hallway..
*Make sure all dishes are put away..
*Wipe off counters..
*Make sure all lights are off..
*Turn off A/C or Heat..
Turn off breaker for the ice machine..
Take all trash from property to dump area when you leave..
Bullet Each member is to leave $5.00 in coffee can each visit towards cleaning lady..
