RTI Law is also under serious threat due to weak & insufficient CIC’s /SIS’s as a result of which very little information is coming out under RTI.
The Whistle Blower Notification brought due to the Supreme Court’s Orders has also not led anywhere due to a weak & ineffectual CVC.
The Whistle Blower Act passed in 2014 has not yet been notified and attempts are afoot to kill it completely by amendments..
