A+ Critter Care provides very flexible and customized in-home care services for any pet.
In my experience, people have animals they love, care for, and treat just like their own children, but sometimes people have to work, visit family, take a vacation, or unexpectedly get called away.
Sometimes it is not feasible to take any or all of our pets with us when that happens.
Oh no! So what do you do now? Ask family members or friends...okay, but they are not available or just don't want to.
What's next...
Boarding? Spending time in a kennel or around other animals can be stressful and dangerous.
And what about those exotic, wild, or farm pets you may have in your home or barn? Wouldn't it be better if your pet could stay at home where they are most comfortable in what can be a very unusual and stressful time of change?.
It is just the beginning of A+ Critter Care, but it is not the beginning of my experience or my plans to continue my education and experience in the pet industry.
I have always enjoyed animals and pet care and I have been around animals for most of my life.
I currently work at Klippers Pet Salon and I have owned and cared for many different types of animals, both domestic and exotic.
I currently own not only dogs and cats, but a bearded dragon, sulcata tortoise, a family of sugar gliders, chinchilla, chickens, and a peacock.
I have also owned and cared for birds, frogs, other small animals, other types of turtles and lizards.
I am a certified pet sitter through IAP Career College, I plan on taking dog training courses through The Karen Pryor Academy, attend training seminars, and participate in additional courses in pet first aid.
I also volunteer with the Clinton County Humane Society and have plans of spending more time volunteering with other organizations.
I am very big into animal rescue; domestic, exotic, and wildlife.
My passion is to help as many animals as I can.
I now want to help you and your beloved pet in this time of need.
