No class times, trainer always included! 9Round is a 30 minute full body kickboxing workout.
It is a circuit training setup and a trainer is always included, motivating and guiding you the whole way! There are NO class times and our workouts change daily.
Our registration and unlimited membership also includes a heart rate monitor to track your status during your workout, your championship gloves & hand wraps, as well as access to our nutrition portal.
