Detailed description is Poke is a raw salad served in Hawaiian cuisine.

We were introduced to Poke' while visiting California for a friends wedding in 2015.
We loved it so much that every chance we got we went to a poke' bowl place.
We must have visited 8 different places up and down California! It was such an awesome yet simple concept! .

When we got back to Virginia we went looking for Poke' but did not find anywhere that served it the way they did on the west coast.
So we started making our own Poke'.
This lead us to researching and looking up recipes!.

Poke' itself is a very simple dish and we started experimenting and making poke' regularly.
Our friends and family loved it so much that we thought maybe we could bring a fast casual style Poke' place to the 757.
