5 Ocak Fatih Terim Stadyumu, Adana şehir merkezinde bulunan ve 1938 yılında hizmete giren stadyum.
Stadyumun adı, Adana'nın 5 Ocak 1922 tarihinde düşman işgalinden kurtulması ve Türkiye Milli Futbol Takımı ile Galatasaray teknik direktörlüğü yapmış Fatih Terim'den gelmektedir.Tarihçe1938 yılında 60 kulvarlı ve 9.600 kişilik olarak hizmete giren stadyum, 1975 ve 1988 yıllarında yapılan tadilatlarla bugünkü halini almıştır.
Şu anki kapasitesi 16.095 kişiliktir.Mülkiyeti Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü'ne ait Reşatbey Mahallesi, 14 pafta, 1381 ada, 58 parselde kayıtlı 37.315 m²'lik taşınmazın bir kısmı üzerine 1938 yılında 105x70 ebadında 60 kulvarlı 2.000 kişilik kapalı, 7.600 kişilik açık olmak üzere toplam 9.600 kişilik olarak yapılarak hizmete girer.
Stadyumun zemini çimdir.1975 yılında 700 kişilik maraton tribünü, 1988 yılında 5000 kişilik kapalı tribün inşaatı tamamlanarak hizmete girerek kapasitesi 14.085'e çıkarılmıştır.
Maraton tribünü altında 23,90x15,45 ebatlarında 4 adet çok gayeli antrenman salonları bulunmaktadır.
Işıklandırma sistemleri mevcuttur.
2,10 x 1,80 kesitli betonarme box sistemli 2 adet sporcu çıkış tünelleri ve akordeon sistemli açılır, kapanabilir hakem çıkış tüneli bulunmaktadır.Tesis bünyesinde; 5 adet amir odası, muhasebe, saha komiseri, personel odası, 2 adet kazan dairesi, depo, ışıklandırma kumanda odası, artezyen ve trafo odası bulunmaktadır.
