About me: I have lived in Santa Cruz since 1972, having moved here from San Francisco where I grew up.
I have been a Realtor and a member of the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors M.L.S.
for 46 years, since 1976.
I started in Real Estate in Santa Cruz with Marina Realty, a small Real Estate office in the area of the Santa Cruz Harbor.
From the beginning, I have represented friends and clients buying and selling income property, apartments and commercial properties in and around Santa Cruz, California.
From 1986 through 2001, I owned and operated Help-U-Sell Real Estate offices in Santa Cruz, Felton, Aptos and Watsonville.
From 2002 until 2010, I worked by myself as a Realtor.
In January 2010, I decided to connect with the most active Real Estate office in Santa Cruz, Bailey Properties.
I have always enjoyed practicing Real Estate, now working through Bailey Properties I'm enjoying the business even more.
Over the years, I have been involved with the operation and volunteering with the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors, The Santa Cruz Yacht Club, The Seabright Association of Property Owners and other social organizations..

I also have a life away from the office.
I reside across from the beach on 9th Avenue, looking over Schwan Lake and the Ocean near the Santa Cruz Marina.
I purchased a lot in 1974 and built my home in 1976.
Living near the beach in the Santa Cruz Harbor area keeps me connected to the activities at the harbor and beach area.
I have one child, a daughter.
She is 26 years old, she graduated from the School of Visual Arts, located in New York City.
It's been a joy watching her grow up in Santa Cruz, then enjoying life in New York City, It has been a JOY being a father with Tori and Jeff Lantis my step son.
I enjoy time in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California, Mexico.
I enjoy off shore fishing and beach fishing.
I have sold and managed vacation rental properties in Cabo San Lucas.
