松崎宏美 首都に隣接し、交通の利便性から急激な人口増加と経済成長による都市化が進み、全国でも有数の経済規模を誇る地域ですが、人々の地域社会への帰属意識や参画意識は低く、このままでは社会への無関心が蔓延してしまいます。しかし、今も続く人口増加を好機と捉え、我々の地域再興へ向けた運動を多くの人々に発信し、地域への愛郷心を醸成し社会に対し意識変革を興した人々と共に、自立自活した元気な埼玉を再興する必要があります 。.
まずは、地域から日本の未来を切り拓くために、本会の事業・運動を推進します。そして、地域に必要な市民意識変革運動を推進するために、ブロックが積極的に行動して拡大意識を高めるセミナーの開催や拡大褒賞事業を実施し、共に運動展開する会員を増強します。さらに、問題の核心を追及する次代を担う人材を育成するために、ＪＣプロトコルを伝達する事業や資質向上と運動意欲を昂揚させるセミナーを開催し、誠実なリーダーを育みます。また、有権者の政治参画意識を高めるために、政策を発信する公開討論会の開催支援や「ｅ－みらせん」を推進し、自らの意思を示す主権者意識を醸成します。そして、国民が主体的に国家像を描くために、憲法事業を開催し、主権者意識を向上させます。さらに、地域に根付いた魅力を開花させるために、地域資源のブランド化を推進する地域活性たからいちを開催し、地域に誇りをもち自立自活を目指す市民意識を高めます。また、地域の明るい未来を多くの人々と描くために、会員の意識昂揚と地域再興に向けた市民意識変革を伝播するブロック大会を開催し、希望に溢れた未来を切り拓く大会を実現します。.
