Detailed description is New 2500+ sq ft house sits at the edge of a gently sloping walking path directly to a sandy beach! It sleeps 16-17 people, 5 bedroom, 3 full bath, & patio! 123 The Point is a beautiful, new home completed in June of 2015, and is in a fantastic location! Not only does this house sleep 16-17 guests, it has a long list of features that very few rentals can offer.
Complete with a lake view from within the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio and kitchen area, and be a few steps from the water.
This home is only a five to ten minute drive away from the boat launch, the Rayburn Country golf course and restaurant, the local grocery and gas station, as well as other eateries.
This 2500 square foot plus house sits at the edge of a gently sloping walking path to directly to a sandy beach on Lake Sam Rayburn! The patio is roughly 115 easy steps to the water or about 350 feet.
Guests can relax on a wide, sandy beach on the banks of the beautiful clear lake.
You can put out chairs and/or a canopy and set up along the water by day, and build a fire for s'mores by night! The main house is beautifully furnished with large wooden light fixtures, leather couches, and granite counters with wood floors throughout.
The main living area has a large LED flat screen TV, bluetooth sound bar and DIRECTV with the NFL Sunday Ticket Package!! The over-sized kitchen island seats 8 and is usually the gathering place of the guests.
