A beachfront two bedroom two bath single family home on beautiful Cape Sane Blas Florida.
Truly "Old Florida" at it's best.
Safe, incredibly clean beaches, white sand, far from the maddening crowds.
Beautiful Unspoiled Florida at its best.
Quiet beaches - set up your beach shade for the week - add your chairs and leave them - there is no one here to bother you.
Cape San Blas and the neighboring areas are a fisherman's paradise.
Fish from the beach or Charter for the day from Presnell's Marina near by.
There is a small local grocery store at the top of the road for any last minute needs.
The ice cream shop and donut shop are also right there within easy walking distance.

We bought the house in May of 2013.
Its in good shape and we are working to make it incredible.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - a large living area, huge breakfast bar, kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area.
The house has HUGE decks overlooking the beach - so sit outside with your morning coffee and watch the Dolphins play or have lunch with your family before heading back for a dip in the gulf.

One Serene place has a private beach walkover, a hot and cold outside shower to rinse off the sand.
The house is built on a concrete pad - so park your vehicle safely underneath.
We are at the end of a dead end street so no "extra" traffic driving around - safe for your kids and pets and incredibly quiet.

Its about 20 mins away.
You can also venture to Historical Apalachicola which makes a great day out with its eclectic mix of gift shops, antique stores and restaurants.
We recommend Boss Oyster! A little past Apalach is Saint George Island.
There are also various islands you can visit by boat/ferry Black Island, Dog Island and the nature preserve of St Vincetns Island.
