Detailed description is Time Change...Feeling Remain The Same...........เวลาเปลี่ยน...ความรู้สึกยังคงเดิม ^^ โรงเรียนคลองหาดพิทยาคมได้รับการอนุมัติตั้งขึ้นเป็นโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในท้องถิ่น และเป็นโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำท้องกิ่งอำเภอคลองหาด แบบสหศึกษาตามความประสงค์ของกรมสามัญศึกษา ในวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2530 ทั้งนี้จากความร่วมมือร่วมใจของ นายวุฒิพงษ์ เธียรธำรงค์ ปลัดอำเภอ ผู้เป็นหัวหน้าประจำกิ่งอำเภอคลองหาด และ นายไสว ทาดี ศึกษาธิการกิ่งอำเภอคลองหาดตลอดจนพ่อค้า ประชาชนชาวคลองหาดทุกคน.

เริ่มแรกโรงเรียนได้เปิดทำการสอนเมื่อ วันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2530โดยอาศัยศาลาประชาคมของหมู่บ้านป้องกันตนเองชายแดนไทยกัมพูชากิ่งอำเภอ คลองหาด จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ซึ่งได้รับความร่วมมือ จากนายใหญ่ นรสิงห์ ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ซึ่งเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบดูแล มีนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 64 คน ครูจำนวน 1 คน คือ นายอำนาจ เดชสุภา ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนวังน้ำเย็นวิทยาคม รักษาการในตำแหน่งครูใหญ่ โรงเรียนคลองหาดสามัคคีราษฎร์บำรุง และได้รับความช่วยเหลือจาก นางจุฑามาศ สมบูรณ์เถกิง หัวหน้าการประถมศึกษากิ่งอำเภอคลองหาด ได้ส่งครูในสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษากิ่งอำเภอคลองหาด มาช่วยทำการสอนจำนวน 4 คนต่อมาทางกรมสามัญศึกษาได้ส่งครูมาทำการสอน จำนวน 5 คน.

วันที่ 29 กันยายน 2530 กรมสามัญศึกษาได้แต่งตั้ง นายอำนาจ เดชสุภา ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการ.
โรงเรียนวังน้ำเย็นวิทยาคม เป็นครูใหญ่โรงเรียนคลองหาดสามัคคีราษฎร์บำรุง.

ื่ วันที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2530 ได้ย้ายสถานศึกษาจากที่เรียนเดิมมาสู่ที่ตั้งถาวรของโรงเรียนในปัจจุบัน ณ.
บ้านเลขที่ 325 หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลคลองหาด อำเภอคลองหาด จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ซึ่งอยู่ห่างจากจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีประมาณ 150 กิโลเมตร และได้เปลี่ยนชื่อ จากโรงเรียนคลองหาดสามัคคีราษฎร์บำรุง เป็นโรงเรียนคลองหาดพิทยาคม.

2536 ได้แยกจังหวัดใหม่ออกจากจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โรงเรียนคลองหาดพิทยาคม จึงอยู่ในเขต.
รับผิดชอบของจังหวัดสระแก้ว ซึ่งอยู่ห่างจากจังหวัดสระแก้ว 60 กิโลเมตร.
