Sheboygan school districts requiring masks in absence of state mandate

SHEBOYGAN - Public school districts throughout the county are still requiring masks, despite a Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling at the end of March that blocked Democratic Gov. Tony Evers from issuing any new public health emergency orders to mandate face masks without the approval of the Republican-controlled state Legislature. Superintendents throughout the county s public school districts said they were keeping an eye on COVID-19 activity and following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the local Public Health department, while one private school has stopped requiring them. Here s what superintendents had to say about their mask policies:

  Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. She was born December 26, 1940 in Fargo, North Dakota to Winifred and Francis Dalrymple. She spent her childhood in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated from Valley High School in West Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College, Mount Pleasant, Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1964 and earned a Master of Arts degree from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan in 1978. She taught Physical Education in Humboldt, Iowa for two years. While in Humboldt, she coached girls’ golf and her team competed in two State Meets. She came to North High School to teach Physical Education in 1966. She was Department Chairperson
