Whether a novice, beginner or advanced, SBA is ready to help the second Saturday of each month starting May 8 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with a free beekeeping class. Thereâs a limit of 8 people to a class so pre-registration is required.
The Patsy DuPont Farm, 719 Blake Road north of Elkton is the location of the apiary.

MILTON, Ga. â Police were dispatched to Hopewell Road after contractors complained of trash being illegally dumped in the area April 19.
The owner of Diemerâs Concrete Construction Company was performing work on a home and told officers someone was unloading garbage in the dumpster his construction team was using. Police traced the illegal trash to a 64-year-old Alpharetta woman who admitted to offloading the refuse. She agreed to pay any fees the construction company incurred for her trash.

Morganton Man Arrested For Third Time Since April 21, Charged With Felony & Misdemeanor Offenses

40-year-old Erik Bradley Brittain of Woodlea Drive in Morganton was arrested Friday (April 30) by Burke County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony counts of trafficking in opium or heroin (fentanyl) and flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. In addition, Brittain is charged with misdemeanor counts of driving while license revoked and failure to heed light and/or siren. Morganton Public Safety charged Brittain with misdemeanor agressive driving.

Worried residents have reported armed police officers descending on their street in Bilton Grange in east Hull this evening.
Humberside Police officers were seen in Hopewell Road, on the Bilton Grange estate, at approximately 8.45pm on Wednesday night (May 5).
Eyewitnesses say three police vans and two cars have been in attendance, along with lots of officers . One woman said she had seen some armed officers also at the scene.
The woman, who had been passing the incident, said: Incident just off Hopewell Road near shops.
