Shannon Stevens was staying in a yurt on Chilkat Lake for the weekend with her brother, Erik, and his girlfriend, the radio station reported. After the three made sausages for dinner over an open fire Saturday evening, Shannon Stevens went to use the outhouse, according to KHNS. “Normally, when we are out there in the summer or the fall I’m used to shouting ‘Hey, bear!’ the whole way. It was the dead of winter, so I didn’t think to do that this time,” Stevens told KHNS. “I got in there and sat down on the toilet seat, and something just immediately bit me in the butt. I jumped up and screamed.”

Real estate developer DLF on Thursday said its rental arm DLF Cyber City Developers Limited (DCCDL) has acquired 51.8 per cent stake from Hines in Fairleaf Real Estate Private Limited.
Fairleaf was a joint venture company between DLF and funds managed by Hines, a global real estate investment, development and management firm, which owned and operated One Horizon Centre in Gurugram.
