Bodrug has been the BDC s artistic director for more than a decade, and prior to that she was a performer. When I circled back to the business, it was about honouring [her work], but on some level putting my own stamp on it, bringing the two ideas together of what she created and what I experienced.
As Bodrug continues to run her family s business, her mom remains a trusted adviser to the studio.

Park Players Ready to Present âShrek The Musicalâ

WHEELING Lucky audience members will get the chance to witness an energetic musical production when the Park Players of Wheeling Park High School present their spring musical, “Shrek The Musical,” today through Sunday, April 30 and May 1-2. The play will be held in the high school’s J.B. Chambers Performing Arts Center.
The curtain goes up at 7 p.m. today and Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. It is sure to be an entertaining audience pleaser. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, audience sizes are limited. Additionally, mask-wearing and social distancing with be enforced.
And it is not over yet, with Short swimming in the 1500m and a white hot field assembled for the 100m freestyle sprint. Hold onto your hats for that one. But for now, we recognise our top 10 performers, the Best of the Rest and try and mention all other Queenslanders who snared podium finishers. ELIZABETH DEKKERS The All Hallows School student from Newmarket Racers edged closer to the Tokyo Olympics with a stunning 16 years 200m butterfly effort of 2.07.82, breaking her own Australian record in the 16 years age group as well as an Australian All comers record. That time would place her on the cusp of Olympic Games selection if she repeats at either the Australian titles or the Olympic trials. Last night she also won the 100m butterfly and was third in the 200m IM.

VERSAILLES In years past, the Versailles FFA would visit the nursing home monthly to visit with the residents and give them snacks while doing activities with them. Because of COVID-19, however, the FFA members are unable to come in contact with the residence. But Versailles FFA has continued to do special activities for the staff and residents.
