HERNDON, VA Town of Herndon police charged Wilson Manuel Navarro Escobar, 28, of Ruther Glen, Virginia with grand larceny in connection with a breaking and entering incident at a downtown business, according to the weekly crime report.
Police say that around 4 a.m., on Jan. 6, Navarro Escobar threw a cinder block through the door of a business in the 400 block of Elden Street in order to gain entry. He then proceeded to take merchandise and cash from the business.
