The roads are icy. The sidewalks are more quiet. But by July, Downtown Rochester could be full of spirit again. People really miss it. They miss the opportunity to be together, Holly Masek said, Rochester Downtown Alliance executive director.
RDA organizers are announcing a cautious return for Thursdays Downtown and upcoming events. Uncertainty makes it that much harder, Masek said.
Thursdays last year was all virtual. Now, Olmsted County Public Health is giving a wary blessing for outdoor gatherings the second half of the year.
