Horizon FCB Dubai created and produced an epic-scale project to celebrate the H&M spring collection launch. The tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa, was used as the unmissable backdrop to showcase the fashion collection that focuses on sustainability.
This magnificent event was introduced by Grazia Middle East Editorial Director, Alison Tay, and the illumination of the show was opened by the Swedish Ambassador to the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait, His Excellency Henrik Landerholm. The collection itself was also on display at an H&M pop-up booth, also designed and produced by Horizon FCB, situated at The Dubai Mall Fountain Promenade, and introduced by TV Presenter, Amy Kitchingman on H&M’s Facebook live.

Nordic envoys say they share UAE’s commitment for gender equality

ABU DHABI, 8th March, 2021 (WAM) The ambassadors of four Nordic countries to the UAE – Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden – have said their countries and the UAE share a common commitment to promote gender equality.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, which is being celebrated on 8th March every year, the envoys noted the UAE’s achievements and leading rankings globally in terms of gender equality and women’s empowerment, and shared their satisfaction about the progress of a related partnership programme with the country.
This week, Swedish startup Swegreen’s CEO Andreas Dahlin was to present his successful company before the UAE Minister of Food and Water Security, Her Excellency Mariam Hareb Almheiri, when Swedish trade delegation was visiting the UAE, United Arab Emirates.
The trade delegation from Sweden was led by Vice Minister for Foreign Trade & Nordic Affairs, Krister Nilsson, together with Swedish Ambassador of the UAE Henrik Landerholm and Ambassador Håkan Emsgård. The meeting was aiming talks about food security, and also on opening doors for possible collaboration with Swedish AgTech companies with global potentials. It was held at Ministry of Food and Water Seciurity in Dubai, UAE, with the minister, Her Excellency Mariam Hareb Almheiri, as host.
