During a special call meeting, the LISD Board of Trustees and district administrators discussed the possible advertisement and sale of nine properties and 12 buildings within the St. Peters area downtown.
The properties include the Old VMT library, the Amber Yeary Board Room, main office, Acosta Building, Derby Building and the Superintendent’s Office to name a few of the prominent LISD buildings, all of which are located on Houston and Victoria Street. The total appraisal amount for the properties on the six streets is $3,836,710.
