Coincidentally, May is National Hamburger Month and Friday is National Hamburger Day. So, you might wanna get the grilling early this weekend, or even head out to a spot where they serve some tasty burgers. (Or you can just stay home and order from the Burger Joint, like everybody else.)

The sixth of seven sons, Li was born into bitter poverty in rural China during great famine. Living in the grip of Chairman Mao’s communist regime, a life of hardship seemed inevitable until he was plucked from obscurity by scouts from Madame Mao’s Ballet Academy. At just 11 years old, Li was chosen from millions to begin 7 years of grueling training in Beijing, hoping it would lead to a better life for him and his family.
In a move born of optimism tempered with caution, Theatre Under the Stars today announces its readjusted 2021-22 Season, one that starts off in October with Rock of Ages and winds up with Jersey Boys in May, betting that audiences are ready to come back to live theater and we'll all be in a better place come fall.
