The Huron Shore and Manitoulin Island Community Owned Fibre Infrastructure Corporation (H&M COFI) has launched a test webpage as part of its rural internet project.
The performance test webpage, launched through the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA), will test the speed and quality of residents’ internet connections.

By completing the speed test, residents will help H&M COFI gather data that will be used to inform the build of a “future-proof” broadband network.
