Art program explores loss during pandemic with Stoughton resident
Community Content Art as Ritual Surrounding Death will be presented from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 19 in Stoughton online via Zoom.
Stoughton resident Jasmine Tanguay and her Natural Deathcare Collaborative colleagues Heather Massey and Ruth Faas aim to empower the community with pathways to strengthen personal and social resources during times of loss.
“This project offers ways to honor and grieve loved ones and yet also addresses our collective sense of loss and helplessness through art making and exploration, an important and available way to deal with the universal issue of death, especially now,” Tanguay said.
