Spencer Woman Facing Drug Charges Following Traffic Stop February 5, 2021 8:59 am Saga Communications Ayrshire, IA (KICD)– A Spencer woman is facing drug charges following a traffic stop early Tuesday north of Ayrshire. The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was called to investigate a disabled vehicle on 380th Avenue around 3:45 Tuesday morning where they reportedly found 33-year-old Heather Thomas to be driving with a barred license in expired registration. She was taken to the Palo Alto County Jail where the booking process allegedly uncovered a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia . That discovery led to additional charges for possession controlled substances and drug paraphernalia along with possession of contraband in a correctional institution.

He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, sister Marilyn Slifka of Madison, sister-in-law Maureen Vogt of Guilford, sister-in-law Maureen Clancey Jackson (Keith Stephens) of Georgia, and brother-in-law John Clancey (Gayle) of West Haven CT. In addition, he was an extraordinary Uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Keith Vogt.
