LETâS discuss chicken.
I know what youâre going to say: Chicken is to eat, not discuss.
Well, you might be surprised at how much there is to talk about regarding chicken. It is a very educational subject.
In fact, back in the day when Virginia Tech was referred to as âCow College,â they always joked that a seniorâs final exam was one question: Which came first, the chicken or the egg? If you didnât answer correctly, you didnât have a diploma when you drove your tractor home.
Chicken has always been very important to me. When I was a child, every time I visited my Aunt Emmaâs house, I went to the refrigerator to see if there was any cold fried chicken inside. Nobody fried chicken like my Aunt Emma.

A coup in the middle of London. That’s how Myanmar’s ambassador to the U.K. described being locked out of his embassy yesterday. Ambassador Kyaw Zwar Minn recently defied Naypyitaw by calling for the release of civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi, who was detained in a Feb. 1 military coup. Minn found himself barred from his office Wednesday after his deputy took control on behalf of the military, which has been accused of killing hundreds of civilians during anti-coup protests. Today, security forces arrested Paing Takhon, a popular model and actor who had spoken out against the coup.
Roy Exum: My Friend, Bobby Lee Friday, February 26, 2021 - by Roy Exum
Roy Exum
So, the day came that I had closed the door to my office, as I sometimes did after we’d gotten that day’s editions of the Chattanooga News-Free Press to bed. My door was never closed … I hate that … but it only meant I was writing a column and was a sign to everybody I needed an hour or so of quiet. But, no, soon there was a slight knock on the door and, so help me, through the window stood “Colonel Sanders” of fried chicken fame. As I jumped to let the visitor in, he asked if I was “Roy” and as I realized this wasn’t the Harlan Sanders I had met at the Kentucky Derby, my visitor said, “We really need to talk.”

10B05 (2021-01-19) It s not his fault he doesn t know mal Bogle says Col. Sanders I was once cursed by a warlock, says Col. Harlan Sanders, in not even his most unhinged piece of dialogue on this General Hospital episode.
Sanders is visiting character Maxie Jones to request she secure his secret recipe (all 11 herbs and spices), which had been threatened by a bomb Sanders himself defused using the classic esolang Malbolge. Unfortunately, this all happens offscreen.
Damian Spinelli, mentioned by Sanders, is a private investigator / hacker who General Hospital s casting describes as a mix between Seth Green and Sean Penn s Spicoli. Spinelli is unable to defuse the bomb, not knowing Malbolge, but Sanders had picked up a little of the Turing Tarpit as one randomly does (apparently without learning how to pronounce it) and saves the (only copy of this?) recipe from being incinerated.
