A woman accused of publishing pictures of two teenagers convicted of the murder of another teenager has brought a High Court challenge against a decision of the District Court to send her case to be tried in a higher court.

Few details were immediately available because deputies were still investigating how exactly he was able to run away from the bus, Sgt. Morrow of the Lakewood Sheriff’s station said.
The prisoner escaped just after 7:30 a.m. and was captured within a few minutes at the Home Depot on Hardwick Street in Lakewood. He was handcuffed the entire time, Morrow said.
During the brief search, a helicopter was seen flying around the Lakewood area describing the suspect over a loudspeaker and asking the public to call 911 if they saw him.

PROSECUTORS have been given more time to decide whether to agree to a trial venue for 10 people accused of illegally identifying a schoolgirl s young murderers on social media.
A judge today allowed the DPP another six weeks to consider whether to consent to the six men and four women being sent forward from Dublin District Court to the Circuit Court for trial by judge and jury.
The formal consent is required after an earlier ruling that the case was too serious to be dealt with at district court level.
Judge Marie Quirke adjourned all cases to a date in March.
