HOUSTON, April 8, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Allied Orion Group has been selected by GenWealth Capital Group to manage Sutter Ranch Apartments, a 288-unit apartment community located in Northwest Houston. The firm continues to expand its rapidly growing property management portfolio in the Houston market with its second management deal with GenWealth Capital Group.

Rolling blackouts that crippled Texas during the deadly winter storm last week were worse than those during California’s wildfires last year, according to a new report.
ERCOT, the manager of Texas self-contained power grid, said about 43 gigawatts of power went offline during the worst of the power crisis, representing about half of the system’s capacity estimated at about 86,000 gigawatts. Texas was short about 20 to 25 gigawatts of power, or about enough to power 4 million to 5 million homes, for three straight days as temperatures plunged to near record low

Tomball continues trying to restore water pressure:
The city of Tomball Mayor Gretchen Fagan issued a recorded phone message at 4:35 p.m. on Tuesday updating residents on the progress of trying to restore water pressure to residents.
The freezing temperatures have caused electrical outages for millions in Texas, and many people in the Tomball community, she said.
