Police in New Rochelle investigate an overnight shooting that left one dead and four others injured

A Brooklyn man died and four other people were injured in a late-night shooting Saturday in New Rochelle, police confirmed.
An unknown number of shooters were being sought by police Sunday morning following two overnight shootings: one at Horton Avenue and Brook Street around 11:55 p.m. Saturday, and the second about an hour later near 361 Main Street. Officers responded to the scene of the first shooting and found five men injured. A 29-year-old victim from Brooklyn had been shot in the neck and pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His identity has not been released.

in New Rochelle overnight, police say. Another shooting took place an hour
later but left no victims.
The first shooting took place at about midnight where shots
rang out at a gathering on Horton Avenue and Brook Street, where five men were
shot. A 29-year-old man, believed to be a Brooklyn resident, was shot in the
neck and did not survive his injuries.

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - One man was killed and four others were injured in a shooting in New Rochelle, police said.
Gunfire erupted just before midnight Saturday near Horton Avenue and Brook Street, New Rochelle police said in a statement.
M.D. Andersonkerny, 29, of Brooklyn was fatally shot in the neck, police said.
A second victim was shot in the back and underwent surgery at a local hospital, police said. Three others were treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY Police say a rash of gun violence in the city overnight culminated with the death of a Brooklyn man at the scene of a shooting in which four other victims were injured.
Just before midnight Saturday, police began receiving calls about gunshots near Horton Avenue and Brook Street. Cops found five gunshot victims when they arrived. One of the men who was shot later died at the hospital. Police say the 29-year-old died following surgery. The other gunshot victims are said to have non-life-threatening injuries.
