Jacoy D. Holmes surrendered to authorities Friday on homicide charges in the death of 17-year-old Timothy Cox.
During a voluntary interview with police, Holmes said he didn’t know he’d shot anyone when he fled Nov. 12 from the Nativity School parking lot near 5th and Maclay streets, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
