“When laying on the lounge, stemless all the way. You don t have to lift your head to drink. All other occasions, the stem is super elegant,” said one commenter. Another voted “stem for photos. Stemless for real life – my hand gets heavier and the glass gets placed on the table harder after each sip [bottle], so I don’t trust myself or my closest friends with a stem outside of a photo.”

Stem or stemless? That s the debate currently occupying Australian’s minds. While Blaze didn’t say which way she herself sat on the issue, her homeware collaboration with Australian retailer Harris Scarfe includes stemless wine glasses (one of which is included in her instagram post) that promise “slightly fluted tips and sturdy base”, a “beautifully smooth silhouette” and “unique stemless bubble design” that “illuminates the drinks inside” – so it could be assumed she’s a stemless fan.
Harris Scarfe welcomes new exclusive designer partnership
By Imogen Bailey | 18 February 2021
Leona Edmiston has launched a new apparel collection exclusively with Harris Scarfe.
Leona’s Ruby Midnight Blues women s apparel collection spans wrap dresses, wide-leg pants, pleated skirts and shirts across a range of colourways. I’m delighted to have the opportunity to partner with Harris Scarfe to launch my new collection, Edmiston said. Effortless style is key and I design my pieces with that intention and of course making sure that they’re versatile from desk to dinner, she said.
Edminston joins other exclusive designers in the Harris Scarfe portfolio including Shaynna Blaze, Jane Lamerton and Poh Ling Yeow in partnership with Mozi.
