BioPharma Credit PLC - Exeter-based life sciences debt investment trust - Says net asset value per shares rises 1.8% to USD1.0217 at December 31 from USD1.0037 a year prior. Pays dividends of 8.29 US cents per share in 2020, comfortably ahead of the target to distribute at least 7 cents per share , and has recently declared a special dividend of 0.29 cents. Says it remains clear that the senior secured loans that form the majority of the company s portfolio continue to be one of the most attractive financing options for the life sciences sector . 2020 was the company s third full year of operations, marking the third year of consistent returns and targets met , according to Chair Harry Hyman.
UK health care investor Primary Health Properties has purchased Shankill Primary Care Centre for €3.8m.
The property was developed in 2019 and is let to the HSE and a local GP practice with a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of just under 23 years.
The HSE income represents 92 per cent of the rent roll at the property, according to a statement from the group.
This acquisition will increase PHP s portfolio to a total of 514 assets, of which 19 are in Ireland, with a contracted rent roll of over £135 million (€156 million).
The centre is delivering a range of outpatient services including: nursing, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, a social worker, clinical psychology, and GP care.
