CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A man is facing felony child pornography charges after deputies say he shared images with undercover officers.
John “Ned” Donnelly, 55, was arrested on Wednesday for pandering obscenity involving a minor, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
A team started an undercover investigation of Donnelly’s internet activities, the sheriff’s office said.
As the investigation went on, Donnelly started sharing child pornography with the undercover officers, deputies explained.

Investigators monitored John Ned Donnelly, 55, leading up to his arrest. Detectives said Donnelly sent undercover officers obscene images of young girls online and admitted to downloading and uploading child pornography, according to court documents.

Gilreath, 36, died Feb. 12 of complications related to COVID-19. He was a 15-year veteran of the Hamilton County Sheriffâs Office.
âDuring those 15 years, Donnie became a very well-loved member of our department,â Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey said at Gilreathâs funeral Wednesday afternoon. âHe was so well-loved that many people, many people have come down to the jail that were not in uniform to express their grief and their loss.â

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - An inmate at the Hamilton County Justice Center has been indicted in connection with an assault on a guard.
Court documents show that on or about Jan. 14, Delrico Peoples, 22, knowingly caused physical harm to Deputy John Helton at the justice center.
The affidavit states that Peoples punched Helton in the face several times, causing his nose and orbital bones to break.
