Dante Bichette had an interesting career, and the best thing that ever happened to him was undoubtedly getting traded to the expansion Colorado Rockies ahead of the 1993 season. Prior to that Bichette had given uneasy results for both the Angels and Brewers, but things really changed for him in the mid 90s. The big right-handed slugger crushed the first homer in Rockies franchise history that April, and he d go on to play in four all-star games in their uniform. His best overall season was probably 1996, when he homered 31 times, stole 31 bases, and drove in 141 runs. Today his son Bo stars at shortstop for the Toronto Blue Jays.
Not knowing for certain how well the Dolphins did in the draft isn t stopping the prognosticators from slapping an all-encompassing draft grade for each team onto the internet and calling it a day.

another trade in the first round. Like trading up or down in the first round, some might find drinking two White Claws to be a good idea, while others will find it absurd. Whatever the Dolphins do, if they somehow make a third trade in the first round of this year s draft, we re all getting shit-faced on hard seltzers.
Like they say: There ain t no laws when you re drinking Claws. I m not really sure why I brought up the fact that people say this, but this list item felt incomplete without it.

What started out as a funny conspiracy theory has been proven over the years as a real thing that continues to happen.

The research comes courtesy of the sports-betting site Penn Bets, which recently released a study that found no MLB team lost less revenue than the Marlins in 2020.
According to the study, MLB lost a combined estimated $2.4 billion during the 2020 season because there was no live attendance during games. But the Marlins accounted for less than $19 million of that number, with an estimated average loss per game of $226,061.
Those of you who have been to a Marlins game can probably guess why: If your team isn t known for selling many tickets, it s less likely to lose money than the teams that sell out every game when a pandemic makes in-person attendance impossible.
