Over 20 males were fighting in a park on Saturday afternoon, leaving some seriously injured.
Burnley police said they were called shortly after 3.30pm on Saturday (April 3) to reports of a fight, which they believe involved over 20 males aged between 10 and 30. The fight broke out in Hargher Clough Park, off Harold Street and police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward after some of those involved ended up with serious injuries. A spokesperson for the police said: We believe there could be over 20 males involved in the fight between the ages of 10- 30 years old. As a result of this, a number of males have ended up with serious injuries.

Armed police raided a home in Cleethorpes after surrounding the property.
The heavily armed team of officers supported by dog section broke down the door of a terraced property in Daubney Street, at around 6pm today.
It is the latest in a series of raids carried out by specialist teams.
Humberside Police officers broke the locks to gates in an alley, according to a witness, in order to gain access to the rear of the house.
