On the garden - which turns 60 in July and is also called the Secret Blind Garden - Cllr Mylod said: I can t believe that after all these years, it s still here. I m really pleased to be planting this tree, which is intended to remember those we ve lost, but also to think about happy times.

The project, hosted by the BBC, asked London councils to nominate a lockdown hero in their borough – someone who has made a significant difference to their community in this difficult time.
The team delivered more than 3,000 food packages and over 500 PPE deliveries to shielding residents, local food banks, care homes and key workers

The multi-million pound Harrow Lodge Leisure Centre is now ready to be opened to the public.
Everyone Active, the leisure operator which will manage the site in partnership with Havering Council, announced an opening date of January 3.
It did not confirm when asked by the Recorder if this date had been delayed due to the introduction of tier four restrictions in Havering, which mean that leisure centres must be closed.
