Coronavirus Victoria: Ten tonnes of rubbish removed from city parks every weekend

The council has contracted an extra six staff to pick up waste and clean toilets and another 128 bins and 18 portaloos have been rolled out in Kings Domain, Carlton Gardens, Fawkner Park, Fitzroy Gardens and Princes Park.
