Her coach, Jens Scheuer, was somewhat shocked by the manner in which she got on the scoresheet, though.
“I was just surprised that she can even score with her left foot!” he laughed afterwards. “I underestimated her a little bit.”
But there was nothing in her performance that caught him off guard.
“Hanna is, for me, one of the best right-backs in the world,” he added. “I see how dynamic she is, how secure she is in her passing, but also how dangerous she can be in our attacking game.”
Glas’ contributions going forward certainly caught the eye in the first leg and those same forays down the right wing caused problems for the U.S. women’s national team in Sweden’s 1-1 draw with the world champions in April.

The Blues suffered a 2-1 defeat to the Bavarian giants on Monday, with Sydney Lohmann and Hanna Glas giving Bayern a valuable first-leg advantage.
Melanie Leupolz snatched what could be a vital away goal for Chelsea, who were a little off the pace just a few days removed from a crucial Women’s Super League clash with Manchester City.
Hayes acknowledged the proximity between both fixtures hindered her side’s performance but assured they would be up to the task as they look to reach the Champions League final for the very first time.

Hanna Glas scored a goal and set up another as the home side earned a big victory to take to Chelsea s Kingsmeadow ground next week - but it was a frustrating day for Australian captain Kerr, who s been in sparkling form.
Having scored one and made another goal in the midweek WSL draw at Manchester City that could see Chelsea lift the crown, Kerr was the danger woman in the eyes of the German defenders, who marked her and strike partner Fran Kirby effectively.
