Hindutva is the celebration of diversity and an argument for its protection.
Its support to Israel for its self-defence and opposition to China for suppression of Uyghurs should flow from the same principle.
Israel, as usual, is under severe criticism from the usual suspects around the world.
Hamas has been firing rockets into the civilian areas of Israel while Israel s Iron Dome has been able to ward off most, but not all, of these attacks.
Israel has also suffered civilian causalities. Benjamin Netanyahu, a no-nonsense Prime Minister, openly announced that he would make Hamas pay a heavy price.

Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) [India], April 19 (ANI): Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra on Monday informed that Ram Navami will be celebrated at the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi complex Ayodhya but without devotees in view with the current Coronavirus situation in Uttar Pradesh. Keeping in mind the current COVID-19 situation, Ram Navami will be celebrated at the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi complex, Ayodhya without devotees, tweeted the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra handle.
Ram Navami, this year, falls on April 21.
Meanwhile, in Lucknow relatives of COVID-infected patients queued up outside a medical oxygen centre, to purchase and refill oxygen cylinders.
Uttar Pradesh: Ayodhya Ram Mandir Construction Continues At Brisk Pace, Two-Third Digging Completed
Stockpile of bricks sent by devotees for the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
Indicating the speed of Ram Mandirâs construction at Ayodhya, two-thirds of the digging at site stands complete.
Ashish Sompura, chief architect of the temple said that as the digging is almost over at the site, they are now testing the sound alongside preparation of filling samples to be used in the ground.
The temple would have stone pillars running 12 metres deep under the ground. As a majority of the technical things have been completed, the authorities are now expecting to fill in the land by March-end or early April, reports

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the trust constituted to look after the construction and management of Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, has bought additional land to expand the temple complex area.
In accordance with its plan to expand the area of the temple complex, the Mandir trust has purchased around 7,285 square feet land adjacent to Ram Janmabhoomi premises in Ayodhya. Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra has purchased 7,285 square feet land adjacent to Ram Janmabhoomi premises in UP s Ayodhya, in accordance with its plan to expand temple complex area to 107 acres from 70 acres, a Trust official was quoted by news agency
