Far-right social media personality Tim Baked Alaska Gionet posted bond on Friday, one day after a Scottsdale judge issued an arrest warrant after Gionet was a no-show for a City Court hearing on whether he had violated terms of a previous release by traveling to Washington, D.C., for what became the U.S. Capitol riot. Scottsdale spokeswoman Holly Walter said Gionet posted a $3,000 bond, and a pretrial conference has been set for Jan. 22.

Gionet was already facing criminal charges in Arizona after police said he refused to leave a bar and pepper-sprayed an employee, the Arizona Republic reported. Leaving Arizona to go to DC and participate in the riots was in violation of his pretrial release conditions, a judge found.
