One lane is reopened after Interstate 40 eastbound shut down after a multi-vehicle wreck near Lebanon, the Tennessee Highway Patrol Nashville reported.
The wreck was reported between Tuckers Crossing and the Sparta Pike exit in Wilson County just before 6 a.m. It is expected to be cleared around 8:15 a.m., according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
THP said to expect delays in the area as the wreck clears. Westbound traffic is also experiencing rubbernecking delays, TDOT said.

The wreck was reported between Tuckers Crossing and the Sparta Pike exit in Wilson County just before 6 a.m., according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
There were no injuries in the wreck, according to THP. It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved.
Watertown vice mayor arrested on drug charges, resigns as alderman Andy Humbles, Nashville Tennessean
A longtime Watertown alderman and vice mayor has resigned after being arrested on drug charges.
Brandon Len Howard, 57, was arrested on a traffic stop in Lebanon on Dec. 10, according to police and Wilson County Jail records.
Howard hasn t been active as an alderman for several meetings and hasn t been living at his residence in Watertown, he said. Howard was an alderman for about 18 years and vice mayor for approximately 16 years, he said.
Howard did not comment on the charges.
The arrest originated from a stop on Sparta Pike near Briskin Lane due to an expired temporary tag on the vehicle Howard was driving, Lebanon Police Department Sgt. PJ Hardy said.
