According to Barking Boutique, the woman entered the store at 4547 28th St. SE in Grand Rapids at 6:58 p.m. (Barking Boutique s Facebook post doesn t specify what day, but I m assuming Saturday, Feb. 13).
They say the woman lingered in the store and hovered over a puppy bassinet, before picking up the yorkie and leaving the building without paying at 7:00 p.m.
Barking boutique has shared photos and a video of the incident. They are offering a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest and the safe return of the puppy.
