Last winter Kaia Gerber marched a pack of Angelenos around Monaco’s Stade Louis II stadium swathed in well-worn denims, Ava bags, and truncated tops peeking beneath tweed lapels – ensuring the relaxed silhouettes and modish street style failsafe of our times would be preserved in Hedi Slimane’s archives for posterity.

FRANCE-BASED Warriors star Tino Kadewere could realise his dream of playing in the UEFA Champions League after he played a crucial role as his side Olympique Lyon beat close rivals Monaco 3-2 in a French Ligue 1 match to enhance their chances of featuring in Europe’s elite club competition next season.
The 25-year-old Zimbabwe international forward, who recently recovered from a thigh injury, was introduced at the break with his team trailing 1-0 before they turned it around in the second half despite playing with 10 men.
Lyon’s Dutch skipper Memphis Depay, Marcelo, and Rayan Cherki scored the crucial goals which secured an important win for Lyon while Kevin Volland and Wissam Ben Yedder scored for Monaco who went into the match at their Stade Louis II as favourites.

Monaco’s bid for the Ligue 1 title took a huge hit on Sunday after an incident-packed 3-2 home defeat to Europe-chasing Lyon that leaves the Principality club five points behind leaders Lille with three games to play.
Niko Kovac’s team have been the best in the French top flight in 2021 and had come into Sunday’s encounter on the back of five straight wins.
However, Rayan Cherki’s 89th-minute strike snatched the points for Lyon, who had lost the lead just three minutes earlier to a Wissam Ben Yedder penalty.
Lyon came away with the win despite having to play the final 20 minutes a man down after Maxence Caqueret was sent off for two bookable offences.
