Livermore Planning Board approves Norlands subdivision

LIVERMORE The Planning Board unanimously approved the Washburn-Norlands Foundation 27-acre subdivision Thursday night at a public hearing. The five-lot parcel is bordered by Norlands Road and Bartlett Pond. and each parcel includes deeded access to the pond’s boat launch and road and shoreline frontage. Stuart Davis of Davis Land Surveying informed the board the five parcels will be sold to two individuals so essentially, the subdivision has shrunk to two plots. The purchasers have the ability to develop and sell each parcel or combine their plots into one property. The Washburn-Norlands Foundation’s 27-acre subdivision was approved by the Livermore Planning Board on Thursday, Dec. 17. Each parcel includes deeded access to the Bartlett Pond boat launch and road and shoreline frontage.

Prostate cancer patient wins Ombudsman ruling – Health Board ordered to make redress payment for delays This article is old - Published: Friday, Dec 18th, 2020 An ombudsman investigation into delays in care for a prostate cancer patient has sparked a wider probe. Public Service Ombudsman for Wales Nick Bennett is now investigating a further 16 cases at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board where patients potentially waited in excess of a 62-day target for treatment. The case which sparked the wider probe centered on a patient known as Mr Y who was first referred for treatment in May 2019 and should have received definitive care for his cancer within 62 days.
