The Listening Room at Studio Park is relaunching WYCE’s (88.1 FM) remote broadcast radio show GR Live on Thursday.
The radio show, which will begin at noon every Thursday, will feature two musical acts, interviews with community events representatives and sponsorship messages.
“The return of GR Live is exciting for WYCE, musicians, nonprofits and the entire community,” said Jess Martin, radio WYCE’s station manager. “Whether you’re back in the office, working from home or just looking for something to do in downtown Grand Rapids on a Thursday, it’s the best break you can take in the middle of your day. Where else can you enjoy lunch, music and connect with what’s going on in West Michigan and beyond all at once?”
Grand Rapids Ballet announced on Wednesday its 2021-22 season, “Moving Forward,” with a return to live, in-person performances at DeVos Performance Hall and Peter Martin Wege Theater, among others.
