Tensions are set to reach breaking point in Walford as Max Branning believes he has worked out the truth about Sharon Watts dealings with her husband Ian.
Convinced she is the one who really tried to poison Ian, Max (Jake Wood) proclaims Tina s (Luisa Bradshaw-White) innocence, leaving everyone stunned.
Ian (Adam Woodyatt) survived Sharon s latest murder attempt and has since fled Albert Square, with his mother Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) desperate to find him.

Eagle-eyed EastEnders fans have noticed something wrong with Ian s exit storyline.
EastEnders fans saw Ian Beale walk out of Walford last night after confronting wife Sharon about her plan to try and kill him.
However, it wasn’t the fact a legendary character had just vanished into the Walford East tube station that got EastEnders viewers talking.
They were more concerned about the fact there was a glaring flaw in Sharon’s revenge storyline.

EastEnders fans will remember that last February Ian played a part in the untimely death of Dennis, Sharon’s son.

The Chaser showed her appreciation for the comment, as she shared a crying with laughter emoji.
Anne previously apologised for her swimsuit look on the series while discussing her adventures with Shaun and Mark on This Morning.
Host Phillip Schofield asked: “One of the things Anne looked like you might have enjoyed is the dolphins.”
Anne explained in response: “Yeah, it wasn’t so much the dolphins I just enjoy swimming and open water.

After a pep talk earlier in the week from her accomplice Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), Sharon is determined to go through with their plan to poison Ian once and for all.
Sharon tells Ian she’s got a special treat for him
