Music instrumental in kids growth

In a year marked by nonstop negativity, it is especially rewarding to share positive news.
Recently, the Fort Wayne Community Schools Foundation achieved its goal to fully fund b Instrumental, a unique program that provides musical instruments at no cost to FWCS middle and high school students who otherwise would not be able to afford them.
This milestone was made possible by people who believe in the value of investing in the future leaders of our community – children. We would like to publicly thank those believers and share more information about the b Instrumental program.

It s the decision everyone is waiting for.
Tomorrow the current regional system of coronavirus tier restrictions will be reviewed by the Government.
On Thursday the outcome of those deliberations is expected to be announced. On Saturday, any changes to the existing tiers will come into effect.
Henry D. Adcock, 82, passed from this life Friday December 11, 2020. He was born in Comanche on October 3, 1938 to Doyle O. Adcock and Delma Sue Bain. Henry never married, but his life was filled with lots of family that he loved and doted on, as well as them him. Henry graduated from Gustine High School and then graduated from Fort Worth Business School. After graduating he went to work for R H Fulton in Lubbock, after that he worked for Cross Plains Construction in OK. Henry was a Pipeline Spreadman Manager for both companies. He has been the glue the family homestead, since the death of “MA”, his mother. Always having family reunions, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any other event the family needed. He was really into feeding up the family, then took on the same role in the Gustine community for funerals, fundraisers, and anyone he knew might need it. He and his sister Dorothy made lots of different kinds of candy and cookies to fill large boxes at Christmas time for

Swift trudges outside to her garage to start the generator. She props open the door to the garage, reaches above her to the handle of a long rope attached to a pulley, which cranks the generator. She pulls it over and over until, finally, the machine rumbles to life.Â
For seven more hours, she relies on the generator until the electricity is restored. That length of time to be without power also is all too common, she says. Â
The power company in the Trout Run region is Penelec, one of the stateâs largest power suppliers, and is owned by First Energy, which provides service to much of Pennsylvania as well as portions of West Virginia, Ohio and New Jersey.Â
