A Middle Tennessee box truck driver was arrested after playing audio similar to the audio heard prior to the Christmas bombing in downtown Nashville in a neighboring county.
James Turgeon, 33, of Holly Grove Road near Murfreesboro, was charged with two counts of felony filing a false report and one count of tampering with evidence, the Rutherford County Sheriff s Office announced on Facebook Sunday (December 27) night.
RCSO responded to a call of a box truck driver, identified as Turgeon, playing loud audio outside the Crossroads Market in Walter Hill, which was heard by customers and nearby church members.
