Attorney Known for Representing Rep. Devin Nunes Loses Defamation Lawsuit Against Major Media Outlets Jerry Lambe © Provided by Law & Crime WASHINGTON, DC - NOVEMBER 20: Ranking Member Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) listens to Gordon Sondland, the U.S ambassador to the European Union, testify before the House Intelligence Committee in the Longworth House Office Building on Capitol Hill November 20, 2019 in Washington, DC. The committee heard testimony during the fourth day of open hearings in the impeachment inquiry against U.S. President Donald Trump, whom House Democrats say held back U.S. military aid for Ukraine while demanding it investigate his political rivals and the unfounded conspiracy theory that Ukrainians, not Russians, were behind the 2016 computer hacking of the Democratic National Committee.

Steven Biss Loses Yet Again; Judges Still Resist Sanctions

Fri, Apr 16th 2021 1:40pm Mike Masnick It truly is incredible how many second chances the courts are willing to give lawyers who clearly seem to be filing vexatious SLAPP suits. The lawyer in Devin Nunes long list of SLAPP suits, Steven Biss, has a few other clients as well, though so many of them seem to be in the same Trumpist circles. The other thing they have in common is that Steven Biss seems to have no problem filing vexatious wasteful SLAPP suits to try to stifle speech. And these cases always fail. It really kinda makes you wonder (1) why anyone would hire Biss and (2) who s paying for all of these failed lawsuits? This latest one is a follow-up to a case we covered a little over a year ago, in which Biss lost a case he filed on behalf of a Russian-born academic, Svetlana Lokhova, going after a Cambridge academic named Stefan Halper and a variety of media organizations.

Appeals court rejects academic’s libel suit over claims of affair with Flynn POLITICO 7 hrs ago By Josh Gerstein © Alex Wroblewski/Getty Images President Donald Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn leaves the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse. A federal appeals court handed another legal defeat Thursday to a Russian-born academic who claims she was libeled by press accounts that she says insinuated she had an affair with former National Security Adviser and Defense Intelligence Agency chief Michael Flynn. The academic, Svetlana Lokhova, sued several news organizations in 2019 over the reports and also named as a defendant Stefan Halper, a United Kingdom-based former professor who was a central figure in the FBI investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Finally: Absolute proof that the FBI launched a bogus operation against Trump s 2016 campaign using longtime deep state asset – NaturalNews com

https://www.afinalwarning.com/495834.html (Natural News) It’s taken good investigative reporters more than five years to get to the bottom of the Obama-run operation to ensnare then-GOP presidential contender Donald Trump in the phony ‘Russian collision’ scandal. It’s taken that long because in the era of Trump, there were so few good reporters willing to investigate what actually happened.  One of them is John Solomon of Just the News. For the past couple of years, first at The Hill and then running his own operation, Solomon has broken several stories providing intimate details behind the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” ‘counterintelligence operation’ that sought to ensnare as many of Trump’s surrogates as possible, up to and including the president himself, in a lie that would drive them all from office.
