Still, the British royals are continuing on with their December traditions as usual, whether it be undertaking royal tours or releasing their annual Christmas card.
The portrait, taken by photographer Matt Porteous, features the family posing in similar sweaters while sitting in front of a batch of logs.
“The Duke and Duchess are delighted to share a new image of their family, which features on their Christmas card this year,” Kensington Palace said in a release. This traditional holiday card follows years of festive royal well-wishes, with some cards of the past featuring JCPenney-esque backgrounds and ’80s hair.
